Oltremare 45 is an apartment for two, of about thirty square metres, in the centre of Polignano a Mare: a little gem, completely renovated and with every comfort, in a small building entirely devoted to hospitality.
Fully air-conditioned and covered by Wi-Fi, the apartment has a living area with sofa and 35" TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, the double bedroom with hypoallergenic mattress and pillows and a wardrobe, the bathroom with a window and glass shower, toiletries and hairdryer. The bedroom is reached by an internal staircase: for this reason the apartment is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. The nearest supermarket is 50 metres away; Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni, Monopoli and Bari are all within a day trip.

I had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this place. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a fantastic area. What really made it special, though, was its unique charm -it had such a cozy and memorable atmosphere. I would definitely love to come back!
Beautiful modern and very clean apartment with everything you need to enjoy your holiday
- perfect location to walk easily into the old town in just a few minutes but away from crowds - the owner has excellent communication skills and very helpful - extremely clean and beautiful apartment and has everything you need - ground level, meaning no stairs to climb with my luggage! - I felt very safe
- there is a spiral staircase inside to get up to the bed which was not an issue but they make me a little nervous. I left my luggage downstairs as there was plenty of room, so this wasn’t an issue.

An excellent base to explore Polignano a Mare from, equidistant and mere minutes on foot to both the old town and train station. The space was well-utilised and had everything we needed for 3 days. Francesca was also a very responsive and helpful host who allowed us to store our bags for a little while since our train was later in the day.
The stairs and loft were a little squeaky while walking but nothing dangerous.
Excellent Value!
It was very close to the heart of the town, it had a very efficient air conditioner, it was perfectly dark for sleeping, the owner of the property was very responsive and when out of her way to accommodate my friend that jumped on my travel plans last minute.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like, at first I was hoping the bed had more linens but the owner came by immediately after I asked so she fixed the one thing that was initially uncomfortable.

Location, near everything walking distance Cozy, clean
Parking is not allowed in the area during peak season for visitors. However, you can unload the luggage and then park in the big free of charge parking near the railway station (5 min walking distance)
All in all, a successful trip and a good stay,
A very nicely furnished apartment, very friendly contact with the landlord. Fast internet, fully equipped, water in the fridge. Close to the center and the Old Town.
Poor ventilation, tiny windows, and stuffy after a long day. It takes a while to find parking on the surrounding streets, but eventually you find it.

- Arrival from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Let us know your arrival time in advance: Francesca welcomes you in person.
- Departure from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. That is the check-out window, in the morning.
- ID and credit card. At check-in you need a photo ID and a credit card. Minimum check-in age is 18: minors stay with a parent or legal guardian.
- Tourist tax. €2 per person per night, for up to 7 nights, payable at check-in. Children under 14 are exempt.
- Children of all ages welcome. Cot on request for children aged 0-1, at €10 per night, subject to availability.
- No extra beds. This property has no extra beds.
- Mezzanine bedroom. It is reached by an internal staircase: the apartments are not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
- Parking. The station car park is free, close by and very convenient, a 5-minute walk away. Depending on the time of year, you can also park in the yellow-lined spaces near the apartment.
- No pets. Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking. The apartments are entirely non-smoking.
- No parties or events. Parties, events and stag or hen parties are not allowed.
- Cancellation. Cancellation and prepayment terms depend on the rate: ask us when you book.
