The apartment
Oltremare 16 is an apartment for four guests, born from the modern renovation of an early-1900s house in the centre of Polignano a Mare.
The work started from the original floor plan: the typical barrel vaults have been kept, while the interiors have been brought up to today's standards. On the ground floor are the induction kitchen with fridge-freezer, the capsule coffee machine and kettle, the dining table and a spacious living area with TV and a double sofa bed; the bathroom has a basin, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine. An internal staircase leads up to the double bedroom on the mezzanine: for this reason the apartment is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility, and it is perfect for couples and families with children. The old town is a 5-minute walk away, and so is the free station car park, close by and very convenient.

Almost nothing! We enjoyed our stay. The only thing is that these houses don’t have balcony so it takes time to get your clothes / towels dry.

- Arrival from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Let us know your arrival time in advance: Francesca welcomes you in person.
- Departure from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. That is the check-out window, in the morning.
- ID and credit card. At check-in you need a photo ID and a credit card. Minimum check-in age is 18: minors stay with a parent or legal guardian.
- Tourist tax. €2 per person per night, for up to 7 nights, payable at check-in. Children under 14 are exempt.
- Children of all ages welcome. Cot on request for children aged 0-1, at €10 per night, subject to availability.
- No extra beds. This property has no extra beds.
- Mezzanine bedroom. It is reached by an internal staircase: the apartments are not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
- Parking. The station car park is free, close by and very convenient, a 5-minute walk away. Depending on the time of year, you can also park in the yellow-lined spaces near the apartment.
- No pets. Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking. The apartments are entirely non-smoking.
- No parties or events. Parties, events and stag or hen parties are not allowed.
- Cancellation. Cancellation and prepayment terms depend on the rate: ask us when you book.
